Dear Jacket Guru,
I’m having the hardest time picking out the right jacket for my 14 month old daughter. I have a dog walking business in New Jersey. Sometimes my daughter tags along. So I need a jacket that will keep her warm, dry, and give her mobility but comfortable enough to wear in a stroller.
