FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON USA ORDERS OF $200 OR MORE
Most orders are shipped within 48 hrs (excluding high-volume pre-order or Holiday orders) of purchase Monday - Friday from our San Diego warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 4-7 business days of its ship date. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
EXPEDITED 1-4 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING
Orders placed for expedited service are treated as such. We ship all expedited orders that are placed before 12PM Monday - Friday the same day from our San Diego warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-4 business days of its ship date. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer carrier calculated DHL 3-12 Business Day shipping to our international customers. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
