Returns & Exchanges Accepted: Within 30 days of purchase for eligible items.
Items must be: New, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
Exchanges: Always free when swapping for a different size, color, or style.

For just $1.98 at checkout, you can unlock free returns if you decide to send something back.
If Return Insurance is not selected, a $10 label fee will be deducted from refunds to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
Why is there a label fee?
As a small business, we do our best to keep pricing fair for everyone. Unlike bigger retailers, we can’t absorb the cost of return shipping without raising prices across the board. The $10 label fee helps cover a portion of what it costs us to ship orders out and accept returns.
Choosing Return Insurance lets you skip the label fee entirely, giving you more flexibility while helping us continue to offer easy returns!
Return & Refund Details
- Exchanges:Always free when swapping for a new size, color, or style.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method, subject to a$10 label fee if Return Insurance was not selected at checkout.
- Store Credit: Choose store credit instead of a refund, and we’ll waive the label fee!
- Shipping Costs & Taxes: Original shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items – Not Eligible for Return
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Sale items (including site wide seasonal sales like Anniversary, End of Season, and Black Friday)

Personal items (underwear, socks, hair accessories, etc.)

Returning from a Tiered Discount Sale? If your return lowers your total below the discount threshold, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Returning multiple orders? Please use separate return labels for each order, as labels are uniquely generated per return request.

Returning via Flat Rate Box? Please cover all barcodes to avoid additional postage fees.
