What is the Noble Rewards program?
Our community is super special to us; you’re why we do this. Our rewards program is where we get to spoil you back. Signing up takes seconds & you’ll start to earn points when you shop to save on your next Noble purchase.
How do I view my point balance?
Login & view the "Noble Rewards" button on the bottom left corner of your browser. You can click the button to view more details.
I have purchased from multiple accounts, can I merge my points into one account?
Unfortunately, no. We don't have the ability to merge accounts, we apologize for the inconvenience. We highly recommend signing in with only one email when you make purchases.
Who can join?
Anyone signed up for a customer account is automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points?
You earn 5% cashback on every dollar you spend. Points acquired from any purchase will be available to use 30 days from the time you make your purchase. You can also earn points for referring friends, following us on Instagram, Writing a Review & More. To see all the ways you can earn points click here.
How do I redeem my points?
Make sure you are logged into your account. Click the button titled "Noble Rewards" on the bottom left hand corner of your browser. Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can click to redeem them for a reward.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

Pending: These points are needed to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals

Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase or the person you refer returns their purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled)
If I return my order do I lose the points I earned?
Yes, your point value will be adjusted based on the items that are returned. This will reflect on your account immediately and those points will be cancelled.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
I made a purchase, how long will my points say "pending"
You will be able to redeem your points 30 days after your purchase so we can confirm your purchase was not returned.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points by going to the "Noble Rewards" button at the bottom left of your browser and clicking "redeem". Then you will get a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
